AI-powered support for Discord servers

Resolve Discord support tickets before they pile up.

Ticketwise drafts FAQ-grounded answers, routes them to mods, and turns repeated questions into better FAQs.

  • Mod-reviewed drafts
  • FAQ-grounded answers
  • Auto-FAQ suggestions

A support loop that keeps getting lighter.

Approved FAQs ground each response. Resolved tickets reveal missing FAQs. Every accepted FAQ improves the next ticket.

Privacy

Ticketwise stores only the Discord IDs and ticket data needed to run support workflows. That includes guild configuration, ticket transcripts, FAQ entries, FAQ candidates, and moderator decisions used for auditability and better future answers.

Ticket questions, conversation context, and relevant FAQs may be sent to Anthropic to generate AI drafts and FAQ candidates. Drafts are generated for moderator review and are not sent to members until a human chooses to send or edit them.

Terms of Service

Ticketwise is provided as-is to help Discord server teams manage support tickets. Server owners and moderators are responsible for configuring the bot, reviewing responses, and deciding what to send to members.

AI drafts require human moderator review before they are sent. By using Ticketwise, you agree to follow Discord's Terms of Service and policies, and to use Ticketwise only for lawful support workflows.
